While following the client’s provided architectural design, our team focused entirely on high-quality construction, precise execution, and premium finishing to bring this sleek, minimalist vision to life.

Our scope of work covered the structural construction and finishing of the Ground Floor, First Floor, and Exterior Facade. Major structural and installation works completed by our team included a paved entryway with open carport framing, expansive multi-tier window walls, and complete internal and external painting with a strong emphasis on quality and durability.

In addition to core structural work, we executed precise finishing on the building’s distinctive features, including the sliding glass doors with safety grills, a unique staggered glass-block accent wall, and a custom multi-material staircase featuring rich dark timber treads and white risers. These elements were carefully integrated to deliver a clean, sophisticated modern aesthetic.
